Neon Coaching is apart of a collection of ventures known as "The Neon Projects". Neon Coaching is the first to be completed and deployed and is the foundation upon which the other projects will be completed. Neon Coaching starts by helping individuals learn and implement tools and skills to move their life in a different direction. It moves the client away from "my life is predetermined" to "I control what happens in my life", this may seem like a small shift to some, but it is incredibly powerful in moving the mindset of the person from one that is taught from a very early age, an almost archaic view on life, that is, "that's just life".Now it is time to CHOOSE the life that empowers you and moves you toward your goals. The Man Behind Neon Coaching
Darcey Pollard is the man behind Neon Coaching."Born and raised in a small country town, I moved to Melbourne, Australia in 2010 to commence my career as a personal development strategist. With a background in customer service (having worked 6 years in retail and studying Business Management) this instilled in me strong interpersonal skills and reinforced the belief that if I can help people doing this, then I can definitely take this to a much larger scale. Through my drive to help others lead an empowering life, I started the journey and began studying through The Coaching Institute, reading countless books and continually (even still today) learning from the best mentors and colleagues in Australia.
As a teenager I always dreamt big and found that some of my closest friends held the same "larger than life" beliefs and together we joked, laughed and dreamt of one day owning a business that would truly make a difference in this world.
Today Neon Coaching represents, for me, the beginning of this dream that I shared when I was younger and I am more than determined than ever to achieve this dream of making a considerable difference to todays world. To bring the basic human needs back to every person's conscious world; happiness, humanity, passion, love, talent, kindness, generosity, connection and the list could go on for ever.
It seems that in a world full of technology our lives are more and more complex and we are drawn further and further away from the things that make us human. Neon Coaching is the first step in creating awareness that as people every individual is in control of their life and destiny and that we can create the world that we want to surround ourselves with. It is a small step in the journey toward my dream, however it is an important step, and with many people worldwide seeking to make a change like this as well, it is no longer just a dream, it is becoming a reality.
